Refund Policy

At On The Glow by Glow Lab Studio, we strive to provide our clients with the highest quality mobile IV therapy services. Your satisfaction and well-being are our top priorities. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

• Cancellations by Client:

  • 24 Hours Notice: Clients can cancel their appointment with at least 24 hours notice prior to the scheduled service time to receive a full refund or reschedule without any penalty.
  • Less Than 24 Hours Notice: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost.

• Rescheduling by Client:

  • Clients can reschedule their appointment with at least 24 hours notice prior to the scheduled service time without any penalty. Rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a rescheduling fee of 25% of the service cost.

Service Satisfaction Guarantee

• Unsatisfactory Service:
  • If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment. We will review your concerns and, if deemed appropriate, offer a partial or full refund based on the circumstances of the case.

Medical Contraindications

• If our medical professionals determine that you are not an appropriate candidate for IV therapy upon arrival at your location, you will receive a full refund.

No-Show Policy

• Clients who fail to be present at the agreed location and time of service without prior notice will be considered a no-show. No-shows will not be eligible for a refund.

Refund Process

• Refund requests should be submitted via email to Glowlabstudio.nyc@gmail.com or by calling 347-262-9950. Please include your name, appointment details, and the reason for the refund request.
• Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited back to the original method of payment.

Changes to the Policy

• On The Glow by Glow Lab Studio reserves the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
